The team of the People\u2019s Advocate<\/strong><\/p>\n

People\u2019s Advocate (Ombudsperson)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cabinet of the People\u2019s Advocate<\/strong><\/p>\n

Deputies of the People\u2019s Advocate (each deputy is the head of one of the Departments of the institution, specialized in the following fields of activity):<\/strong><\/p>\n

1)<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Human rights, equality of chances between men and women, religious cults and national minorities;<\/em><\/p>\n

2)<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0The rights of the family, youth, pensioners, persons with disabilities;<\/em><\/p>\n

3)<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0The defense, protection and promotion of the rights of the child;<\/em><\/p>\n

4)<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Army, justice, police and prisons;<\/em><\/p>\n

5)<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Property, labor, social protection, taxes and fees.<\/em><\/p>\n

6)<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0The prevention of torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment in places of detention, through the National Preventive Mechanism.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Within the People\u2019s Advocate Institution, in addition to the departments specialized on different fields of activity, are organized the following:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

1)<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0The Service for Constitutional litigation, appeal in the interest of the law, administrative and legal litigation, analysis of normative legal acts, external relations and communication<\/em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

2)<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Financial, Payroll, Human Resources Bureau and Administrative Bureau, coordinated by the\u00a0Coordinating Director<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

3) Audit<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
